Nordic Construction has been a custom home builder in the Central Oregon for over 30 years
Nordic Construction, previously know as Viking Construction, has been a custom home builder in the Central Oregon for over 30 years.. Kurt Reynolds, started out as a framer, sider and finish work carpenter in the Bay Area prior to moving his wife and sons to Bend. Kurt fell in love with the town’s atmosphere, clean air, fresh water, light powder and glassy lakes. Over the past 30 years Nordic Construction has brought together a team of craftsmen who have a eye for delivering precise harmonious products that deliver consistent quality. Nordic homes and remodels are thoughtfully designed and tailored to have their on personality that stand the test of time.
Green Building
The outdoor elements that Kurt appreciates has made him a “green builder” since the beginning. When ever possible dump-loads are separated into recycling-loads, Earth Advantage products are used, and green practices like water drainage are taken into consideration during the design process. Nordic Nordic Construction has built houses nearly everywhere in Central Oregon including; West Bend Village, Miller Heights, Shevlin Crest, North West Crossing, Broken Top, North Point, Oak Tree, Shevlin Commons, Awbrey Butte, Shevlin Ridge, Iron Horse, and more.
